SHIPPING POLICY
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $35.00 to all U.S. Destinations.
Shipping is only $7.99 on orders under $35.00
Aviano Int’l Inc. will process and ship orders within the United States and its territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Northern Marianas and American Samoa.
Orders are shipped either by U.S.P.S. or FedEx, depending on value and size of order.
Additional shipping charges will be added to the order if the customer requests expedited shipping such as, overnight, 2nd day or Express shipping.
We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged or stolen. In the event of an extended backorder, a customer service agent will reach out to discuss your options.
For insurance purposes, a signature may be required on orders over $75 in value, unless you waive this by telling us in the Comments Box when placing your order.
Please Note: FedEx does NOT deliver to PO Boxes and requires a physical address. FedEx does NOT deliver on weekends or holidays. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Within 30 days of the original purchase date, product in new, unused condition, in its original, sealed packaging, can be returned for a full product refund or for an exchange. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.
- Returns received after 30 days from the original purchase date will be refunded as a store credit.
- Returns within 180 days of the original purchase date, a new item in it’s original, sealed packaging may be exchanged.
- Items that have been opened, including items that have been gently worn, can be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please launder any gently worn items before returning.
- Custom made products, items marked for Final Sale or non-returnable items on our website may not be returned or exchanged.
- Exchanges are shipped once we receive and process your returned package. If you do not wish to wait for the exchange, it is advisable to place a new order and you will be credited for the item you are returning once your return is received and processed.
- Please allow up to 14 business days for your return or exchange to arrive and be processed.
HOW TO RETURN
Step 1:
Returns must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service Department. You can contact us by email at customersupport@farmacell.net or call us Toll Free at (866) 531-9305 (Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00 PST)
Step 2:
Once you obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, note it on the outside and inside of your package and return it to:

RETURN SHIPPING
Except for manufacturer’s defects or our error, you will be responsible for return postage. Your original shipping charge is not refundable.
If you request an exchange, we will ship that to you at no charge.
Note:
Returns received without prior authorization, without manufacturer’s packaging, and unwashed products may be refused at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse returns at our discretion. Snags, runs and holes can develop in the product over time, as with similar products. These occurrences will not be considered defects and will not qualify for a return or exchange. This policy is subject to change without notice.
